How would you code Sacroiliac Neuritis?

Neuritis, lumbosacral - M54.17 ?

Neuritis, specified nerve NEC -- G58.8

Or something else?

We're trying to get the Doctor to change his verbage to Sacroiliitis, but until then what you do think?

Any suggestions/opinions are appreciated!!
