Please recommend a user friendly software program for an individual who is performing home-based ICD 10 diagnostic coding on a contract basis. Thank you.

Are you talking about an encoder? If so, I use Find-A-Code, http://www.findacode.com/. I heard about it from our very own Alicia Scott. The price is very reasonable and you can add/drop the extras. You also have a free trial to see if it is a good fit for you.
